1. Change of Course Date or Refund: Students can change the course date or receive a full refund at least 10 days before the course start date by sending an official email to info@quarter-academy.com. If the course date is changed by Quarter Academy management, students are also eligible for a refund.

2. No Changes on Start Day: No changes or refunds if the booking is made on the same day as the course start date or after the start date.

3. No Refund for Incomplete Courses: No refund if the course is not completed for personal reasons.

4. Force Majeure: No refund if the course start date is changed due to uncontrollable circumstances like pandemics, revolutions, curfews, or complete internet shutdowns.

5. Certificate Awarding: A certificate is awarded after attending at least 75% of the course. An exam will be conducted after each course, with the assessment included in the overall evaluation on the certificate, which must be at least 75%.

6. Absence Compensation: In case of absence, students can request compensation for the lecture based on available resources.

7. Payment: Full payment is required to attend the course. Payment receipts must be kept for refunds or course date changes.

8. Laptop Requirement: Students must attend with their personal laptops.

9. Prerequisites: Some courses require specific scientific prerequisites. Students are responsible for knowing these requirements, such as university studies, programming language knowledge, and English proficiency.

10. Quality Assurance: The company collects student feedback regularly. If more than half of the students agree that the lecturer is ineffective, the lecturer will be changed immediately.

11. Deferral Policy: Students can request deferral to another group free of charge only in cases of severe illness, death, or disability-causing accidents, with appropriate documentation. For other reasons, 50% of the course value must be paid to rejoin.

12. Commitment: The company and the trainee are both bound by these terms.

13. Payment Methods: Course fees can be paid using credit cards. Payment information is not stored by the Fawry platform, which is limited to collecting payments. Contact us for any related issues.
